We are looking for a strong front end web developer who will be responsible for, among other things: taking complex designs and building them out into fully functioning websites, working with back end developers to integrate design into web-based application, building email templates for multiple email platforms and building social media landing pages. Position Responsibilities:
- At least 1-2 years of work-related CSS and HTML experience but talent takes precedence over years of experience. All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
- An understanding of SEO concepts as they relate to design
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Preference will be given to those candidates who also have experience with the following: Javascript, creating masterpages, PHP, asp.net, CMS, Flash and actionscripting.
- Meeting with clients and adjusting designs to fit their needs or taste.
- Working with others, such as designers, programmers or other technicians, to complete the final product
- Slicing of Photoshop design layouts into valid XHTML/CSS.
- Work with the creative team members to stay current on evolving design/coding standards and practices.
- Ensure consistency and quality of web / graphic materials
- Maintain source files in standardized electronic file format
- Proficient in identifying and applying web-based trends and new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
- Experienced in slicing Adobe Photoshop PSD's into various graphical image files for use on a Website.
- Develop the search engine and performance optimized front-end (HTML, CSS, and JS) for business and eCommerce Websites.
- Carry out W3C validation, accessibility and usability audits and tests, debugging, and Website maintenance / support.
- Advanced experience with interactive web-based application development technologies (jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, Other Javascript UI libraries)
- Experience working with web services, APIs and open-source libraries
- Possesses a keen eye regarding a high level of detail and strive for pixel-perfect design across different Web browsers.
- Preference will be given to those with skills and knowledge of Adobe Professional suite (CS4 & CS5), Urdu Inpage & Corel Graphics Suite.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Very attentive to detail with a high degree of creativity
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and oral/written communication skills
- Self-managed, decisive and results-focused
- Optional and preferred if knowledge of the following: Flash, ActionScript, Flex etc.
- Social App Development - Experience in building social sites or apps (Facebook, etc.)
- Ability to work with team and under pressure to meet the tight deadlines of multiple priorities.
